After arrest, Geneva man found to be fugitive from justice in Pennsylvania
A Geneva man has been arrested as a fugitive from justice out of Pennsylvania.
Johnattan Daniel Ortiz-Morales is accused of having an active warrant for several charges out of York County.
The 27-year old remains a resident of the Ontario County Jail, in lieu of bail, on charges of assault and endangering the welfare of a child in the city of Geneva.
Ortiz-Morales will face proceedings for his extradition back to Pennsylvania.
