Cuomo announces “major reopening” of New York later this month
With New York’s COVID numbers at their lowest rates since October and a vaccine now available, Governor Andrew Cuomo announced a major reopening of New York, along with Connecticut and New Jersey for later this month.
Despite restrictions being lifted, the Governor said the state will still abide by CDC guidelines on six feet of physical distancing, which could still restrict the capacity for some businesses.
