SEVERE STORMS LEAVE DAMAGE ACROSS RIVER VALLEY
Sever Storms hit the River Valley Monday night with strong winds, possible tornadoes and heavy rain. The heaviest of the damage is reported in Crawford County in the Van Buren area. No injuries are reported but thousands were left without electricity from the severe weather. There was some rotation indicated on radar with the storms Monday night. Damage does indicate possible tornado damage. The Crawford County Courthouse in Van Buren was damaged by the winds.
