North Sioux City Named South Dakota Small Community Of The Year
(KVHT) – The City of North Sioux City, South Dakota has been named the state’s Small Community of the Year. The award was presented during the Governor’s Office of Economic Development’s annual spring conference. Economic development, business and community leaders from across South Dakota attended the conference. North Sioux City received the award after experiencing growth over the last several years, driven by globally recognized companies such as FIMCO Industries, Royal Canin, Wytec and Sterling Computers. Other awards presented at the conference included Rapid City winning the Large Community of the Year Award.
