Wolcott man charged with assault after victim suffers broken arm
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of John Leflore, 21, of Wolcott for third-degree assault following an investigation into an incident that happened on September 27, 2020.
It’s alleged that Leflore struck the victim numerous times knocking them down to the ground. While they were on the ground Leflore then continued kicking them in the face causing injuries to their face.
During the altercation- the victim suffered a broken arm.
Leflore was charged with third-degree assault and released to return later in local court.
