Sodus driver arrested after crash on Old Lyons Rd.
Deputies report the arrest of a Sodus woman following a property damaged crash on Old Lyons Rd. In the town of Arcadia.
It happened around 10 p.m. on Saturday when deputies were called to the report of a vehicle off the road into a snow bank.
Dion Roberts, 36, of Sodus was reportedly driving west on Old Lyons Rd. when she lost control of her vehicle and collided with a snow bank.
No injuries were reported. However, a chemical breath test revealed that Roberts had a blood alcohol level of 0.20%.
She was processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, aggravated AUO, speeding, and moving from lane unsafely.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
