Guidance coming today on State nursing home visitation policy
Nursing homes statewide will get guidance Monday on how to finally allow visitors.
Governor Cuomo has announced part of that guidance will include a rapid COVID-19 test for anyone visiting their loved one.
There’s no word yet on what day nursing home visits will be allowed to resume.
The state Department of Health says nearly three-quarters of nursing home residents have been vaccinated.
