January 21, 2021: Clinch County Accepting Sealed Bids for Surplus Equipment

CLINCH COUNTY, Georgia – The Clinch County Board of Commissioners will be accepting sealed bids for the following list of surplus items. All items are sold “As Is” and “Where Is”. No warranty is expressed or implied for any item. All items are located at 1229 Pearson Highway, Homerville, GA 31634 at the Clinch County Maintenance Shop. Sealed bids will be awarded to the highest bidder and payment in cashier’s check, money order, bank certified check or cash payable to the Clinch County Board of Commissioners must be received within five (5) business days of bid acceptance. Items MUST be removed within ten (10) business days from County property unless otherwise agreed to in writing from the County Administrator.
All sealed bids MUST be received by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 and SHALL be addressed to: Clinch County Surplus Equipment Bid, County Administrator Jaclyn James, 22 Court Square, Suite B Homerville, GA 31634, at which time will be opened and read aloud by County staff. Vehicles are onsite available for inspection by appointment by calling 912-487-2667. Any questions should be emailed to Jaclyn James, County Administrator, at jjames@clinchcountyga.gov. The Clinch County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
