Franklin County Sheriff’s Department arrested a 63 year old Ozark man on Wednesday on a felony rape charge.    Inv. Curtis Bishop tells True Country Radio that Bobby Frank Obar was arrested without incident Thursday for sexually assaulting a 52 year old female.  Inv. Bishop said that Obar picked the female up in Mulberry on 1/3, then drove to the area of Benuex Bottom Road where he sexually assaulted the female then took her home.   Obar is in custody in Franklin County on a felony rape charge.
