Senator-Elect Reverend Warnock Receives COVID-19 Vaccination at Morehouse School of Medicine
ATLANTA, Georgia – Senator-elect Reverend Raphael Warnock received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine this week at the recommendation of the Congressional Office of the Attending Physician. The vaccine was administered at the Morehouse School of Medicine.
“As we continue to fight this pandemic, it is so important that we trust the science and do what the experts advise, and that means receiving the vaccine, continuing to social distance and wear a mask,” said Senator-elect Reverend Warnock. “I am grateful to the doctors, nurses and health care professionals across Georgia for their selfless care of our family members, friends and neighbors, and I pray that as we take these steps, we can fight this pandemic and ease their burden.”
