Shortsville man accused of raping child under the age of 11
A 36-year old Shortsville man has been arrested for allegedly raping a child.
Jonathan Rodriguez-Felix was arrested following an investigation by Ontario County deputies for allegedly having sex with a child under the age of 11.
Due to two prior felony convictions, Rodriguez-Felix was sent to Ontario County Jail without bail.
