Marty South Dakota Man Indicted On Assault Charges
(KVHT) – According to federal court records, 62-year old Gordon Primeaux, of Marty, South Dakota, has been indicted for Assault with Intent to Commit Murder, Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, and Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury. The Indictment alleges that on or about August 22, 2020, Primeaux unlawfully assaulted a male victim, by repeatedly stabbing him in the chest with a knife. He appeared in federal court on October 14th, and pled not guilty to the charges. The maximum penalty upon conviction is up to 20 years in federal prison and/or a $250,000 fine, along with three years of supervised release.
