Margo Ebersole was recently named Executive Director of the Rural Communities Resource Center (RCRC). After an extensive search, the Center choose someone very familiar to the organization. Ebersole has served as interim executive director over the past 10 months and has been with the Resource Center since 2001 serving in numerous roles.

Ebersole was born and raised in Yuma, Colorado and has deep roots in the community. Her experience and vision is in line with the Resource Center’s mission moving forward. Those traits along with her passion for her community is why the hiring team is confident Ebersole is well equipped to help propel RCRC into the future.

Ebersole was honored by the Center for Health Progress with the Health Equity Champion Award in 2018. She has also been recognized throughout the state for her work with ESTRELLAS; a young women’s leadership development program emphasizing public policy participation, community service, postsecondary and career development.
