Gov. Cuomo gives okay for Trick or Treating in NY this October
New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo says he will not ban Halloween in the state this year, as a result of the COVID-19 virus.
The Governor appeared on television Tuesday, and during the interview said that he will not ban trick-or-treaters from going door to door this October.
Cuomo promised additional advice and guidance in the weeks to follow, prior to the holiday, and said parents will then need to make a decision themselves what to do that night.
