Canandaigua man allegedly pushed three children down stairs
A Canandaigua man is accused of pushing three children down a flight of stairs.
Police say 53-year-old Richard Saxby is charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child after the alleged attack in a house on Saltonstall Street.
Saxby was released on appearance tickets and is due back in court at a later date.
A health update on the three kids has not been released.
