Clyde man struck juvenile several times as victim held another child
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 44-year-old Clyde man following an investigation on January 18th in Galen.
Deputies arrested Shane V. Delyser, 44, of Clyde on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of harassment.
It’s alleged that during a reported disturbance, Delyser struck a juvenile several times in the face. Deputies say that the juvenile victim was holding another juvenile.
Delyser was arrested and released on appearance tickets, and will answer to the charges at a later date.
