Penn Yan man soils himself twice purposely during two of multiple recent arrests
After being arrested three times in three days, the Penn Yan man who police said defecated multiple times while being taken into custody as a way to avoid being charged – was arrested again.
Mark Booth, 66, of Penn Yan was arrested again on Monday after police responded to a trespass complaint at a local business where he had previously been arrested.
He had been banned over the weekend following a theft.
According to village police, during two of the arrests, Booth intentionally defecated in his pants in an attempt to be released if he made the situation unpleasant enough.
In the most-recent incident – Booth was accused of harassing the employees at the store and not leaving.
Booth was charged with trespass and released to appear at a later date.
