Donald Trump “Keep America Great” rally Toledo, Ohio
U.S. President Donald Trump held a “Keep America Great” rally on Thursday in Toledo, Ohio. It came just days after a drone strike killed a top Iranian official Qassem Soleimani, which resulted in two U.S. bases in Iraq being struck by missiles fired by Iran. The rally also took place as the impeachment process continued to be at a standstill, with the charges having yet been sent to the Senate, and occurred just after the U.S. House voted to limit Trump’s military action against Iran. Trump condemned the House vote, saying that Democrats should be “outraged by Soleimani’s “savage crimes,” and that Congress would “leak” information to the media if they were involved in discussions regarding military decisions.
