Wayne Arts Showcase and Holiday Open House this Saturday
Join Wayne Arts on December 14th from 10 am to 6 pm for a day full of wonderful events!
“Artists Arise” – This final exhibit of the year showcases the work of students from our classes that were offered throughout the year. It is a wonderful display of various mediums, highlighted by displays and descriptions of the processes used in creating the work.
Elaine Liberio will do a small presentation at 2 pm to talk about the classes offered at Wayne Arts, and introduce the teachers.
In the Fayed Gallery, we are featuring artist Judi Shumway with her exhibit titled ‘Rustic Images”, a collection of rustic type buildings beautifully drawn in pen and ink.
We are also having a book signing with local author Sharon SanAngelo, with her new novel They Brought Tarnishes Secrets. Sharon will be giving a brief talk about her book, and will be available for discussion and signing from 1 pm to 5 pm.
Holiday Open House – cookies and goodies galore await you! We will also be having cookbooks and some items that have been donated to Wayne Arts for sale (for those last minute Christmas gifts!)
We hope you can stop by and spend some time with us during this festive and event-filled day!
