Check Your Yankton County Building Permits, Conditional Uses And Variances
(KVHT) – Yankton County is reminding residents with building permits, Conditional Use permits, and variances will face expiration of those agreements if work described has not begun within 180 days from the date they were issued. They will also expire if the agreed upon work has not been completed within two (2) years of issuance. Officials say if you are a permit holder who has been affected by recent weather events and your permit is expired or nearing expiration, please visit the Yankton County Planning and Zoning office to file an appeal for extension.
