Yale Man Accused Of Threatening Man With Knife, Possessing Meth, Breaking Window Of Patrol Car, Resisting Arrest and Being Intoxicated

(Stillwater, Okla.) — A Yale man was charged today with threatening to stab a man with a box-blade knife, possessing methamphetamine, breaking out the side window of a Yale police car, resisting arrest and disturbing the peace while intoxicated, all on Monday in Yale.
Garrett Paul Derycke, 29, was jailed on $5,000 bail pending his arraignment this afternoon on the five-count charge.
If convicted of all counts, Derycke could be incarcerated for 13 years plus 30 days and fined $2,100, court records show.
