Geneva man accused of raping unconscious victim
On June 6th police arrested Joseph C. Paliotti, 26, of Geneva on charges as part of a rape investigation.
Paliotti was charged with first-degree rape, after Police say he engaged in sexual intercourse with another person who was incapable of consent. The person was physically helpless, and unconscious, according to investigators.
He was held on $20,000 bail, or $100,000 bond.
