Wolcott teen charged with rape of minor
Deputies reported the arrest of an 18-year-old Wolcott resident following an investigation into an incident involving a minor.
Darrin J. Frank, of Wolcott was charged with second-degree rape, and endangering the welfare of a child.
He’s accused of engaging in a sex act with a minor. Additional details were not provided by law enforcement.
He was set to be arraigned on Tuesday. The charges will be answered at a later date in Wolcott Town Court.
